Wimbledon fortnight plus strawberries and cream. Bliss! Though maybe not for your baseline, er…waistline. Happily, you might be lighter around Centre Court (or the armchair) with this low-fat recipe, and its All-England flavour: the smoothie that’s a lot more fruit than just deuce!
Ingredients
½ punnet/200 grammes of strawberries
2 small/1 large banana (for energy)
15 (-love!) tablespoonfuls of 0% fat natural yoghurt
Water
Method
1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks
2. Chop up the banana into 2cm squares
3. Put both sets of fruit and the yoghurt into a blender
4. Add water up to the “max” line and put the covers on
5. Let the machine blend for 20 seconds – and serve!
